If your project requires capturing high quality images from hardcopy sources, consider our custom scanning services. Digital Data Services, Inc. has scanned millions of documents for over 5,000 different customers since 1998. Our staff is knowledgeable in multiple disciplines, so we understand what your needs are, what the intended use of the documents are, and the advantage/limitations of the software applications that the data will be pulled into.
Using our professional large and small format color scanners, your documents are scanned to your specifications. Digital Data Services, Inc. can scan documents up to 50" wide by any length in full color, grayscale, or black and white. Simply specify the resolution, color depth, and file format.

Certified USGS Maps
Digital Data Services, Inc. offers the service of certifying, affixing an official seal to copies of records in the custody of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), for the purpose of attesting to the source or authenticity of the reproduction. These maps are commonly requested for legal cases involving land disputes, water disputes and other various matters in which documentation is a must.
The process is quite simple and takes just a phone call to get started. When we receive the name of the maps that you are interested in, we place the order directly with the USGS. From there, an executive of the USGS retrieves the maps, scans the map, prints out a copy at full scale, and certifies each copy. You will receive the map with the "Certificate of Exact Copy" paper and the USGS Official Seal attached.
Since the requirement for the certification process is provided by USGS personnel, DDS, Inc. does not have control over the quality in the reproduction of Certified USGS Maps.
The syndicate module allows you to display a link that allows users to take a feed from your site. It will only display on pages for which feeds are possible. That means it will not display on single article, contact or weblinks pages, such as this one. Help
