Our staff is knowledgeable in multiple disciplines, so we understand what your needs are, what the intended use of the documents are, and the advantage/limitations of the software applications that the data will be pulled into.
Using our professional large and small format color scanners, your documents are scanned to your specifications. Digital Data Services, Inc. can scan documents up to 50" wide by any length in full color, grayscale, or black and white. Simply specify the resolution, color depth, and file format.

Scanning Prices
Digital Data Services, Inc. has defined three types of different document sizes and types to determine the pricing of scanning services:
LARGE FORMAT
Any document that is greater than Letter/Legal size, but does not exceed 50” x 50”
OVERSIZE
Any document that is greater than 50” on either side of the document
LETTER/LEGAL
Any document that is 8.5” x 11” to 8.5” x 14”
All prices listed below are for low-volume purchases. For large volume scanning, please call us toll-free at 866-337-7226 or submit an online quote
Each scanning order has a set-up fee. Any additional documents are charged according to the chart below. Prices are for black and white (bw), grayscale (gs) or color (c) scanning unless otherwise noted:

Example for Large Format Scanning:
3 documents, each at 24”x36”, scanned in color at 400 DPI would be: $15 + 3($5)= $30
- Price includes media. Price does not include any prep work on documents (e.g., removing staples), post-production on the image such as image enhancement or image manipulation, or shipping/delivery. Pricing is for resolutions of up to 400 DPI, resolutions higher than 400 DPI may incur additional charges.
* Denotes the average price for letter/legal size documents. Price may vary dependant upon volume and preparation work (removing staples, paper clips, etc.).
